About optional text notifications

Text delivery is awaiting activation. Once available, adults can choose verification and service texts for selected childcare, schedule, message, and parent-only medical alert categories. Texts contain general notices and app links, without medical details or message contents.

Adults opt in within Settings → Text notifications, select categories, enter their own mobile number, actively check a separate consent box that starts unchecked, and confirm the code sent to their phone. Accepting the Terms of Service does not subscribe anyone to texts.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of using Calm Mere or purchasing anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help, or stop texts in Settings. SMS consent and mobile numbers are not shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Calm Mere is not an emergency service.
